Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Princeton, KY is seeking a Packaging Associate to support cracker packaging operations. You will set up, operate and monitor packaging equipment, perform quality checks, and maintain a clean production area to ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires adherence to food safety procedures and collaboration with a fast-paced production team. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus and compensation reflects shift differentials and weekend coverage.

Job Description:

About the Role: The Packaging Associate supports the cracker packaging process by operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe production environment. You will add value by performing the following duties, including but not limited to:

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment
• Perform quality checks and complete required reports
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety, food safety, and company procedures
• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Important Details:

8 hour shifts Monday to Sunday on 2nds (2:45pm to 11pm) or 3rds (10:45pm to 7am). Starting Wages: $20.46 - $23.75/hour plus a $.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Top out at 1 year: $21.02 - $24.43/hour plus a $.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is an asset
