Job description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Production Associate.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning methods, solutions, and tools to remove dirt, grime, and tarnish from various types of jewelry pieces.
  • Examine each piece of jewelry before and after the cleaning process to identify any imperfections, scratches, or damage that may require additional attention or repairs.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures while handling different types of jewelry and cleaning agents to prevent any damage to the jewelry or potential harm to yourself or others.
  • Ensure that all cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies are properly maintained and in good working condition.
  • Report any malfunctions or shortages of cleaning materials to the supervisor.
  • Keep track of jewelry pieces that have been cleaned, ensuring accurate records are maintained for tracking purposes.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and materials.
  • Work closely with colleagues, including jewelers, and other team members, to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Address any customer inquiries or concerns related to the cleaning process, ensuring high‑quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply rhodium plating and engraving techniques to enhance the aesthetic appeal and durability of jewelry pieces.

Compensation

Base pay is $18.00 hourly. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
