Qualifications

• Some knowledge of jewelry repair/design preferred but not required.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler skill level.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including some nights and weekends.

• Precision ring sizing in platinum, gold, white gold, and silver.
• Gemstone and diamond setting (prong, bezel, channel, pavé, invisible) abilities.
• Laser welding expertise for repairs, modifications, and delicate adjustments.
• Efficiency in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Customer‑first mindset, ensuring every piece meets or exceeds expectations.
