Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate to perform duties per established best practices while meeting daily production goals. Responsibilities include processing donations, sorting merchandise for sale, replenishing stock, and preparing items for the floor.

You will greet guests and donors and may assist at the donation door as assigned. Candidates should be able to work with people of varying abilities, perform repetitive tasks, and adapt to temperature

• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Must be cross-trained across production duties.

Responsibilities

• Process donations.
• Sort and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Remove merchandise from the floor as needed.

• Assist with accepting donations at the donation door as needed.

Job description

The Production Associate performs duties according to the established Best Practices of ESGW. Meets daily production goals. Duties will include processing donations; sorting and preparing merchandise for sale, replenishing stock and/or removing merchandise from the sales floor. Greets and assists guests and/or donors. Assists with accepting donations at the donation door as needed and/or assigned. Must be cross-trained and assist in all aspects of production, as directed.

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
