Job summary

ATP Production Associates in Milford Center, Ohio, is seeking a Production Associate to support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow the production plan, verify instructions on work orders and drawings, and ensure clean, safe operation of each machine.

You will communicate issues to Team Leads, clock in and out to allocate labor correctly, and perform additional duties as needed by supervision. This role emphasizes teamwork, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

• Responsible for following the production plan and achieving the weekly goals as laid out from their Team Leaders.
• Verify correct work instructions from their work order packets and attached drawings.
• Ensure that their department is clean, and all safety guidelines are being followed for each machine while working.
• Communicate with Team Leads any issues or concerns they have with drawings, machinery, process, and/or quality of components or finished goods.
• Responsible for clocking in and out against each order they work on to ensure correct labor is being issued against the correct work orders.
• Also responsible for additional tasks assigned to them from the supervisor or manager.
