Job summary

ATP Production Associates is seeking a Production Associate to follow the production plan and meet weekly goals set by Team Leaders.

You will verify work instructions from packets and drawings, keep your area clean, follow safety guidelines, and communicate issues with drawings, machinery, process, or quality of components. Clock in/out on each order to ensure correct labor allocation and complete any additional tasks assigned by supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow production plans and weekly goals
• Attention to safety guidelines and clean work area
• Good communication with Team Leads about drawings, machinery, process, and quality

Responsibilities

• Responsible for following the production plan and achieving the weekly goals as laid out from their Team Leaders.
• Verify correct work instructions from their work order packets and attached drawings.
• Ensure that their department is clean, and all safety guidelines are being followed for each machine while working.
• Communicate with Team Leads any issues or concerns they have with drawings, machinery, process, and/or quality of components or finished goods.
• Responsible for clocking in and out against each order they work on to ensure correct labor is being issued against the correct work orders.
• Also responsible for additional tasks assigned to them from the supervisor or manager.
