Job summary

Martinrea is seeking candidates for a manufacturing associate role in Michigan. The position involves assembling products, performing quality checks, and packaging according to Standard Work Instructions.

You will load and unload items from machines and conveyors while meeting production goals. Ideal candidates have English communication skills, are able to stand for long shifts, and can work in a semi-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and perform quality checks per Standard Work Instruction.
• Meet or exceed team production goals consistently.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyances.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Observe equipment, detect malfunctions, and notify operators.
• Wear all required PPE at all times in work areas.
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the work area.

• Loading and unloading items from machines, conveyors and conveyances
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notifying operators of any malfunctions
• Wearing all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times while in work areas
• Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
