Job summary

Martinrea International Inc. is seeking team members for our production line in a semi-climate-controlled facility. The role focuses on assembling, quality checks, and packaging while meeting team production goals.

Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, be flexible with hours, and pass a background check and drug screen. This full-time position offers hourly compensation and opportunities for teamwork and growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Experience on a manufacturing assembly line preferred.
• Able to stand and move for an 8–10 hour shift.
• Work in a semi-climate-controlled production facility.
• Flexible with hours and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and perform quality checks per Standard Work Instruction.
• Aim to meet or exceed team production goals consistently.
• Load and unload items from machines, conveyors and conveyances.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions to operators.
• Wear all required PPE at all times in work areas.
• Perform general cleanup and maintenance of work area.

Required Qualifications

• Some experience working in a manufacturing assembly line environment.
• Able to be on your feet and moving for an 8 to 10-hour shift
• Able to work in a semi-climate-controlled production facility
• Flexibility with regard to hours and scheduling
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Light quality-control experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assembling, performing quality checks, and packaging products per the Standard Work Instruction
• Meeting or exceeding all team production goals on a consistent basis
• Loading and unloading items from machines, conveyors and conveyances
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Observing equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected and notifying operators of any malfunctions
• Wearing all required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times while in work areas
• Performing general cleanup and maintenance of your work area
