Job description

Production Associate, Shelby, MI

Starting pay: $18.00 with a $0.50 shift differential for evening shift.

Shift: Evening 4:00pm - 12:30am

As a Production Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the delivery of quality products to our customers. Your work directly impacts people's lives!

Primary Responsibilities

1. Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment such as machining, processing, assembly, or packaging machinery.
2. Prepare equipment and supplies for production jobs, ensuring safe and effective operation.
3. Maintain equipment in safe working condition and perform regular maintenance.
4. Inspect equipment for malfunctions and perform repairs as needed.
5. Assist junior operators and provide guidance.
6. Operate industrial vehicles to transfer equipment between warehouse and work areas.
7. Follow safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

1. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift.
2. Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
