Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking a Production Associate in Meridian, Idaho to support daily operations by processing donations, sorting merchandise, and replenishing stock.

You will greet guests and donors, assist with donation door duties as needed, and participate in cross-training across production tasks to ensure smooth workflows in a nonprofit retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with people having different abilities.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
• Knowledge of current trends helpful.
• Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift.
• Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
• Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
• Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
• All positions require the completion of a background check. Acknowledging or having criminal convictions does not constitute an automatic bar to employment.
