Aerotek in Mentor, OH is seeking a Production Associate for the 1st shift. You will store, retrieve, mix and monitor chemicals, record ingredients, weights, and temperatures, and input data into the database while following safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

• Store, retrieve, mix, and monitor chemicals used in the production process.

• Pick parts and products, organize items ordered by customers, and prepare them for shipment.
• Operate equipment to collect, deliver, and package goods.

Job Description

As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for storing, retrieving, mixing, and monitoring chemicals used in the production process. You will record information such as ingredients, weights, and temperatures, inputting these into the database accurately. Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes, as well as observing all safety and quality regulations, are crucial aspects of this role. You will also assist in planning and improving processes and product quality, working collaboratively with team members to ensure timely completion of the production process. We are also hiring for Reach Truck Operators. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible.

Work Environment

The facility is extremely well kept and well lit, though it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter due to open bay doors. Training occurs on the 1st shift for one to three months, from 5:30 AM to 6:15 PM (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday, your choice). Shift differentials offered for 3rd up to $3.00/hr. The facility offers two 15-minute paid breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mentor, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
