Summary of Position:
We are seeking a
high-performing Production Associate with exceptional multitasking abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations by managing multiple tasks simultaneously, identifying and resolving issues quickly, and taking initiative to improve processes. Responsibilities
- Operates manufacturing equipment for insulation production with precision and safety, following the guidance of the Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Collaborates with the Shift Supervisor, Cold End Coordinator, and Maintenance teams to promptly address equipment issues, ensuring safety, reliability, and peak performance.
- Stays informed on plant operations and safety protocols by actively participating in department and plant-wide safety meetings.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on enhancing product quality, environmental sustainability, and health and safety standards.
- Champions employee engagement and retention by fostering a positive and supportive work environment, ensuring a sustainable and motivated workforce.
- Promotes a culture of innovation, teamwork, and accountability, driving the organization toward operational excellence.
- Creates an inclusive workplace where every employee feels valued, empowered, and inspired to make a meaningful impact on the company’s success.
- Monitors equipment performance and ensures timely reporting of any irregularities to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
- Assists in implementing preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment lifespan and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Actively supports training and development initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to personal and team growth.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and shares ideas to optimize production and operational efficiency.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications
Education:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, individuals must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and use equipment and materials properly.
- Accurately count and perform basic math functions, including mental calculation of simple equations and/or fractions.
- Proficient in English (reading and writing).
