PastryStar, based in Laurel, MD, is seeking a Production Associate (Powder Mixer) to support our clean-label bakery ingredient production. You will ensure products meet quality standards and FDA guidelines while working in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred.

• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures in the food industry.

PastryStar is located in Laurel, MD. Since 1986, the company has been manufacturing high quality, clean-label bakery ingredients (such as powder mixes, baking fruit jams, and fillings). Our core customers are industrial bakeries, in-store bakeries, and cruise lines.

About The Role

As a Production Associate (Powder Mixer), you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process within our food production facility. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and adhere to FDA regulations and food safety guidelines. This position requires attention to detail, knowledge of basic math, and a strong understanding of food industry practices.

• Package finished products according to company standards
