Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food production environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with HACCP and CGMP standards.

• Strong understanding of basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures in the food industry.

Responsibilities

• Package finished products according to company standards.
• Adhere to FDA regulations and food safety protocols throughout the production process.
• Utilize basic math, reading, adn writing skills for measurements and calculations.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Fabricate products following established procedures.
• Implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles.
• Comply with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
• Abide by all relevant OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols.
