Job summary

Foremost Farms USA is seeking a Production Associate for our Lancaster, Wisconsin facility. You will help produce a safe, quality dairy product while adhering to HACCP and GMP standards, and you will operate in a fast-paced team setting.

Starting pay is $28.08 per hour with a raise to $29.28 after 3 months, plus shift premiums, Sunday and holiday pay, and overtime incentives. This full-time role is based at 932 N Madison St, Lancaster, WI 53813.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Able to read and comprehend the English language.
• Ability to do basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to tell time on an analog or digital clock.
• Ability to use computers and touch-screen technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

About This Opportunity

JOB TITLE: Production Associate

POSITION TYPE: Full time

CLASSIFICATION: Non-Exempt

Starting Pay: $28.08 per hour.

• Pay increase to $29.28 after 3 months
• Shift Premium of $1.75 an hour paid for working any hours between 6 pm- 6 am
• Sunday Pay: Earn 2x pay for work performed on a Sunday
• Holiday Pay: Earn 2x for holiday pay
• Overtime Pay: Earn 1.5x pay for hours worked over 40 in a week or over 8 hours per day
