As a Production Associate, you’ll work with roll-forming and production teams, assist with changeovers, package products for shipment, inspect quality, and follow all EHS procedures.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • We’re willing to train the right person.
  • Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, safety documents, and control plans.
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and other hand tools is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the roll-forming and production teams to keep manufacturing operations running efficiently.
  • Assist with coil and material changeovers.
  • Package, move, and prepare finished products for shipment.
  • Rework or repack parts as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools to verify product quality.
  • Complete basic machine setup and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
  • Support other production departments as needed.
  • Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures.
  • Take ownership of product quality and stop production if quality concerns arise.

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play an important role in keeping manufacturing operations running safely and efficiently while ensuring customers receive high-quality products.

What We're Looking For

Physical Requirements

This is a hands-on manufacturing position. Employees should be able to:

  • Lift up to 75 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Stand and walk throughout an 8-hour shift.
  • Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and step on/off low platforms.
  • Perform repetitive manual tasks, including banding materials.
  • Use hand tools and measuring equipment throughout the shift.
  • Work safely around moving machinery and elevated noise levels.
  • Work with occasional exposure to coolant, fumes, and airborne particles. PPE is provided.
