  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machinery and equipment in a safe manner in accordance with approved procedures.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations.
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments to machinery within the team member’s training and experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of the manufacturing process through troubleshooting.
  • Assist in the training of new team members.
  • Support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions.
