Job summary

Designetics is seeking a Production Associate to join our precision manufacturing team on-site in the United States. You will contribute to a light assembly line, creating fluid applicators to exact specifications while upholding quality and safety standards.

The role requires accurate measurement, adherence to assembly instructions, and collaboration with teammates to meet daily production goals. Regular hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.

Work Environment
  • This role operates in a temperature-controlled manufacturing production environment.
  • Most areas of the facility are quiet; hearing protection is not required.
  • Parts assembly occurs at a stationary tabletop surface; use of scanners is necessary.
  • The employee may be occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, with a moderate noise level in the work environment.
Physical Demands Essential for Successful Job Performance
  • Repetitively manipulate part components and tools manually with fingers and hands.
  • View close and distant objects fully; measure specifications as small as a millimeter.
  • Assemble small parts (possibly only a few millimeters in length/width).
  • Trim fingernails to a reasonable length to facilitate handling and adjusting parts.
  • Stay in a stationary position for prolonged periods to complete tasks.
  • Look down for extended durations.
Working Hours and Location

You'll be a part of our dedicated team on-site, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Additional mandatory overtime may be scheduled as needed. We value the importance of teamwork and hand-on collaboration, so this position requires 100% on-site presence.
