Job summary

Katy Spring & Mfg., Inc. is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Katy, TX. This hands-on role involves working with small metal parts and springs across finishing and secondary operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will perform bending, trimming, hand-winding, and various setup tasks while using hand tools and measuring devices. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions are essential, with English communication required

Qualifications

• Dependable with good attendance and reliability.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy for small parts.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Able to count parts accurately and read instructions.
• Willing to learn multiple production processes.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to communicate basic work-related information in English.
• Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required.

• Identify quality issues and notify the supervisor or quality team when needed.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
