Job summary

Online Labels Group in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Production Associate to operate a flexographic press and die-cut equipment to produce high‑quality blank labels and stickers.

The role offers Monday–Thursday, 5:00pm–4:00am, with a training shift on days. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, a 401(k) with company match, holiday pay, and potential monthly bonuses. Responsibilities

• Operate a flexographic press to produce high-quality blank sheet and roll labels.
• Double-check the copy for accuracy of margins and die cut depths.
• Review work order notes and identify priority work orders to ensure timely production.
• Inspect and clean press parts on a regular basis and report a need for repairs/maintenance.
• Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
• Other duties as assigned.

Overview

Production Associates work with basic flexographic and die cutting processes to die cut customized blank label and sticker solutions.

Shift Available

Monday-Thursday 5:00pm-4:00am.

Training Shift

Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm but may chnage based on business needs.

Pay

Starting at $18.00-$19.00/hour.

General Duties

Physical Demands

• The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms.
• The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products.
• The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment.
