Ron's Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking dependable Production Associates to support manufacturing operations in Franklin Park, Illinois. Responsibilities include material handling, quality inspections, packaging, and general warehouse duties in a safety-conscious, team-driven environment.

Two shifts are available with pay rates of $18.00 per hour for the 2nd shift and $19.00 per hour for the 3rd shift. Candidates should be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds and must be

Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications.
• Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure product standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
• Operate equipment and machinery after proper training.
• Meet daily production goals and productivity standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.

Production Associate – Ron's Staffing

Location: Franklin Park
Pay Rates:

Position Summary

Ron's Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Production Associates to work in a manufacturing environment in Franklin Park, Illinois. Employees will support production operations, material handling, quality inspections, packaging, and general warehouse duties. Successful candidates must be safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform production and manufacturing tasks as assigned
• Assemble, package, and label products according to company specifications

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must meet all customer and company onboarding requirements

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing and walking throughout the shift
• Occasional bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to work in a production environment

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

• Safety glasses are required while working in designated production areas.
