Job summary

Canadian Executive Search Group, a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is hiring Production Associates for the Robinson, IL area to support manufacturing operations.

Pay is $17.00 per hour with weekly pay. The first shift runs from 6 am to 4 pm. Responsibilities include operating machines, finishing, inspecting, packing parts, recording defects and scrap, maintaining safety and quality, and completing required paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate Machines
• Finish, Inspect, and Pack Parts
• Record all defects and scrap
• Record pieces produced
• Complete all required paperwork
• Housekeeping
• Practice safety at all times
• Perform special instructions/request as determined by the Supervisor
• Assemble components
• Visually inspect all components to detect non-conformance
• Utilize forklift to move raw materials and finished goods
• Complete production and quality reports daily to maintain an accurate inventory
• Perform 5S duties
• Hand assembly
