The 3D Print / Production Associate operates and maintains Aventra’s 3D printers and builds mission-critical components for the company’s unmanned systems and defense technologies. The associate assembles precision aerial vehicle components and autonomous aircraft systems, including electromechanical assemblies, and supports engineering and quality teams in investigating defects and test failures. This is a hands‑on role for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced startup environment.
Full‑time, 8‑hour shifts scheduled within our Monday–Friday warehouse hours (7:00 AM–7:00 PM), with flexibility to fit your routine.
Travel Requirement: None anticipated; work is performed on‑site at Aventra
$19 - $30 an hour
Overtime may be available at the discretion of the supervisor, based on project or business needs. All overtime must be approved in advance; nonexempt employees will be compensated for all overtime hours actually worked, in accordance with applicable law.
