Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, a division of Flex-N-Gate, seeks general production associates across all shifts. The plant manufactures automotive lighting components in the Molding, Assembly, or Metalizing departments. Duties include operating fixtures or machinery, meeting production rates, inspecting parts for quality, and packing finished items for shipping using hand tools.

Responsibilities

• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Environmental Management System (EMS) as stated in EMS Policy CEVPL.00005
• The incumbent is responsible for the awareness, understanding, specific responsibilities and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) as stated in CQAM.00001 – Corporate Quality Manual.
• Responsible for repeatedly assembling parts on a fixture, or operate machinery.
• Meet production rates within their designated area.
• Understand the quality standards for each part produced.
• Inspect the completed part, and pack parts into shipping containers.
• Use hand tools such as wire cutters or pliers.
• All other duties assigned by area supervisor or manager.

Summary

Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC, a division of Flex-N-Gate, is currently seeking general production departments across all shifts. Ventra Grand Rapids 5 LLC manufactures and assembles automotive lighting components. Associates will be apart of the Molding, Assembly, or Metalizing department.
