Job summary

Power Design is hiring a Production Associate to support our prefabrication team. You will learn the electrical trade and grow toward an Electrical Apprentice position while helping assemble and test panels for multi-family and commercial units.

You will cut MC/NM wires, prepare components for shipping, and adhere to our safety and quality standards as part of a collaborative, hands-on environment that values integrity, teamwork, and growth.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Motivated individual who wants to learn the electrical trade.
• Has a high school diploma or GED, as well as reliable transportation.
• Able to physically perform the essential functions of the job.
• Willing to learn electrical codes and other construction safety requirements.

Responsibilities
