Job summary

Power Design is seeking a Production Associate to support our prefabrication team and learn the electrical trade on the job. You will assemble and test components for electrical systems in multifamily and commercial units, with hands-on training and room to grow into an Electrical Apprentice.

This role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork. Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn electrical codes.

Do you love working with your hands? Begin laying the foundation for your career in construction with this role! Working directly with our prefabrication team, as a Production Associate you'll have opportunities to learn the electrical trade and eventually grow into an Electrical Apprentice.

Position Details/responsibilities...
  • Assemble and test components for electrical systems and panels for multifamily and commercial units
  • Cut MC and NM wires to length and prepare them for assembly
  • Prepare components for shipping to the job site
  • Adhere to Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices.
