Job summary

Aerotek in Glasgow, KY is seeking a Sorter / Production Associate to maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area. You will sort materials, perform routine cleaning, and support general production tasks on the floor while upholding safety standards.

Job Description

The sorter / production support role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment by performing routine cleaning and sorting of production materials. This position directly supports plant safety, operational efficiency, and compliance with housekeeping and safety standards across the facility.

Work Environment

The role is based in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility, where conditions may vary with the seasons. Team members work on either a first shift from 7:00 AM to 5:10 PM Monday through Friday or a third shift from 9:00 PM to 7:10 AM Monday through Friday, with overtime typically available on Fridays. The environment involves working on the production floor, performing physical tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and sorting materials, and adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glasgow, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
