Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, construction, carpentry, or woodworking preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions and product specifications.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Familiarity with measuring tools and hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect doors and components for defects and verify specifications.
• Perform measurements, weight checks, and visual inspections.
• Repair defects using hand tools and materials such as sanders, putty, Bondo, glue, touch-up paint, and chisels.
• Document repairs and quality findings accurately.
• Read and follow work orders, schedules, and customer specifications.
• Use tape measures and calipers to verify product dimensions.
• Communicate quality concerns and support troubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
