Job summary

Cooper Standard in Fairview, MI is seeking a Machine Operator on 2nd shift to operate manufacturing machinery and build parts according to the plan. The role starts at $16.91 hourly, with raises to $17.49 after 4–6 months and $20.20 after one year, plus benefits after transitioning to permanent employment.

You should be comfortable lifting to 30 lb, standing long shifts, and collaborating with a team to uphold safety and quality standards.

• 2nd shift;4:20pm-2:50am (Mon-Thurs with potential OT)
  • Starting Wage: $16.91
    
  • Upon being hired to full-time perm at approx. 4 to 6 months: $17.49 and 1 year from that date $20.20
