The warehouse may be noisy due to equipment, machinery, and movement of items, and may have varying temperatures that fluctuate depending on the weather. Use of resin in the warehouse may create slick surfaces. This role is highly labor intensive, requiring strong physical stamina to succeed in the role. The physical demands of our warehouse role include regular lifting up to 75lbs, in addition to carrying and moving heavy items. The warehouse rep should feel comfortable with long periods of standing and walking and will be expected to kneel and bend regularly.

Who should apply:

We expect you to practice accountability and take full ownership over your tasks and responsibilities. While our Warehouse Reps aren’t typically working face to face with our customers, we expect them to understand the importance and impact of warehouse operations on customer satisfaction, and handle situations with composure and professionalism. Attention to detail is key in this role as you’ll be required to accurately manage inventory and order fulfillment, while also ensuring compliance with all standards and regulations.

Technically speaking, the ideal candidate for this role will be proficient in the use of hand tools, forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack operation, and will be comfortable using basic math to accomplish everyday tasks.
