As a Bottling Plant Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse by performing tasks related to inventory management, bottling, portable exchange tank regeneration, and customer service. Responsibilities include accurately receiving, storing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse. The role may also involve relief duties for Route Delivery Drivers.

What you’ll do:

Inventory management:

• Receive, store, and organize inventory accurately.
• Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.

Order fulfillment:

• Monitor bottling or PE line operation and ensure quality control.
• Reconcile shipping load sheets and receiving packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks.

Teamwork:

• Collaborate with coworkers to achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively and support team members.
• Provide relief to Route Delivery Drivers when needed.

Time management:

• Prioritize tasks and use time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Organization:

• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Store tools and materials properly.
• Follow procedures for inventory management and storage.

Safety:

• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Use PPE properly.
• Operate warehouse vehicles safely and according to guidelines.

Work environment:

Work is primarily in a warehouse setting, indoors and outdoors, with varying weather conditions. The environment can be noisy and may have slick surfaces due to resin. The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 75 lbs, and prolonged standing, walking, kneeling, and bending.
