Job summary

Chicago Anodizing in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support finishing operations. You will inspect items, prepare them for finishing, and rack parts, ensuring quality and efficiency. You will work with the team to maintain a clean workspace, follow instructions, and use our ERP to reflect job progress.

Fluency in English and Spanish and at least one year in manufacturing are required. This role offers daily collaboration on a busy production line and opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Must be able to work at least 8 hours per day.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, and manipulate items of various sizes and weights.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities
