Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Production Associate to join our Cheswick, PA team. You will move glass between tables, furnaces, racks, and trucks, ensuring accurate labeling and efficient flow through the line.

You will perform quality checks, operate equipment as needed, and rotate through production areas to support a smooth operation. We offer day-one benefits and a monthly bonus program for performance and productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of warehouse/manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Ability to read and interpret basic measurements using a tape measure.
• All production workers must be able to work in all production areas.
• Flexible schedule, typically Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, or trucks for eight hours or more daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels/tags to products.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or maneuver equipment.
• Understand facility layout for proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions.
• Inspect products for abnormalities and inform supervisor of issues.
• Maintain safe, clean work area.
• Maintain regular attendance and safety compliance.

Who You Are:

A highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work, wants to perform their role in a timely and efficient manner while producing good quality product, and wants to grow in their knowledge and experience while helping the organization to be successful.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
