Job summary

Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions is seeking a Production Associate in the Lamination Department in City of Industry, CA. The role requires hands-on glass handling, labeling, and quality checks within a fast-paced production environment.

You will move material, read measurements, and participate in rotating tasks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and adhering to all safety policies. Benefits begin on day one and weekly pay is provided, with bonus opportunities tied to production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• One year of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Able to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels.
• Able to read and interpret measurements and use a tape measure.
• Available to work in all production areas; typically Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move glass from tables, furnace, racks, or trucks for eight+ hours daily.
• Transport materials to expedite production flow.
• Read and attach labels to product.
• Perform quality inspections and operate or maneuver equipment.
• Understand facility layout to ensure proper product flow.
• Rotate through different job functions as needed.

Production Associate - Lamination Department

Who You Are:

What You Will Be Doing:

• Move glass from, tables, furnace, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily
• Transport of materials including glass from one position/location to another to expedite the production process
• Read and attach appropriate labels and tags to product
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Perform different job functions on a rotating basis
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notifying supervisor immediately of any issues (fabrication issues, logo placement, etc.)
• Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within the product specifications
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Regular and predictable attendance, the ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of your job

Skills You Bring:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• One year of previous work experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility, highly preferred
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate paperwork and labels
• Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements and effectively use a tape measure
• All production workers are expected to be available to work in all areas of production
• Flexible work availability (typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekends)
• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
