Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts | 5:30 AM–6:00 PM and 5:30 PM–6:00 AM (Set schedule upon start – no unexpected fluctuation)

What You’ll Do As a Production Associate

• Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
• Monitor equipment and address minor issues as they arise.
• Perform basic maintenance to ensure machines run efficiently.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and consistency.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Log production metrics and report deviations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
• Willingness to work both day and night rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn.
• Experience with forklifts, clamp trucks, or powered carts is a plus—but not required.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail.

Additional Duties May Include

• Assisting with packaging, quality checks, or basic maintenance.
• Supporting rear line operations and responding to equipment issues.
• Participating in safety meetings and improvement initiatives.
