This entry-level role focuses on stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to precise dimensions while supporting safe, efficient plant operations. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6:00 a.m.

– 3:06 p.m. Starting pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour. You will work with a collaborative team, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to meeting production goals in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Able to work in hot and cold conditions.
• Able to stand 8-9 hours per day.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Able to bend, twist, and turn frequently.
• Frequent handling of materials.
• Safety‑conscious and detail‑oriented.

The Role

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry‑level position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Production Associates play a key role in supporting safe, efficient plant operations while working as part of a collaborative team environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 3:06 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends!)

Starting Pay: $14.00–$16.00 per hour
