Job summary

American Lumber in Birmingham, AL is seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This entry-level role involves stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specified dimensions, supporting safe, efficient plant operations within a collaborative team environment.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:36 p.m. with weekends off; Starting pay is $15.00-$16.00 per hour. Benefits and on-the-job training are provided.

Qualifications

The Role

We are currently seeking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team. This is an entry-level position responsible for stacking, banding, and grading cut lumber to specific dimensions. Production Associates play a key role in supporting safe, efficient plant operations while working as part of a collaborative team environment.

Schedule

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. - 3:36 p.m. (Enjoy your weekends!)

Starting Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
