Job summary

Monogram Foods in Bristol, IN is hiring production workers for a large food manufacturing plant. We offer long-term employment with shifts in Fry Dept (4:20am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-11:30pm) and Pack Dept (5:30am-3:30pm or 3:00pm-12:30am).

Extended hours may be required based on production needs. Duties include sorting, dipping, packing and weighing products, inspecting for quality, labeling boxes, and assisting in other tasks to prepare products for packaging.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a cold temperature environment.
• Ability to test and read scales.
• Ability to do basic math.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull 50 lbs carts.
• Able to stand 100% of shift.

Responsibilities

• Process food products by sorting, dipping, packing, weighing; assist in other tasks to prepare product for packaging.
• Inspect raw product for nonconformities in quality, box by weight and place on pallet for packaging.
• Label boxes with product specification; assist in removal of casing and dipping of uncased products; assist in separating, bagging, and boxing of cheese sticks; keep work area clean and organized; follow GMP/HAACP procedures; may assist in other departments if needed.

Monogram Foods now hiring production workers for a large food manufacturing plant in the Bristol, IN area. This is the perfect opportunity for those seeking long term employment.

Shift/Dept:
Fry Dept - 4:20am-2:30pm or 2pm-11:30pm
Pack Dept - 5:30am-3:30pm or 3pm-12:30am

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends.
Pay: $17-$18/hr

We are looking for support processing food products by sorting, dipping, packing, weighing; as well as assisting in other tasks to prepare product for packaging.

Duties will include but not limited to inspecting raw product for nonconformities in quality, box by weight and placing on pallet to be stored for packaging.
