Job summary

Staffmark Group in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. You will help open pallets, assemble boxes and caps, and support safe, efficient production on a 3:30pm–12am schedule.

This position pays $16.00 per hour with overtime on Saturdays as needed and offers weekly pay with comprehensive benefits. A high school diploma or GED and basic manufacturing training are preferred.

Now hiring for a Production Associate

Location: Bentonville, AR

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: 3:30pm-12am Monday - Friday, Overtime on Saturdays as needed

Job Duties

• Will start out opening pallets of cardboard and assembling boxes and caps.


• Could also be working at the cleaner tables that require lifting a sheet of foamboard (light weight) and placing in on a table that pulls it through a cleaning roller then placing the cleaned foamboard on a stack on a pallet.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.


• Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.


• Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.


• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.


• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.


• Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.


• Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.


• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.


• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.


• Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 35 pounds.


• Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.


• Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
