Job summary

Therm-x is seeking a dependable Production Associate to join our team in Bensenville, IL. This full-time, on-site role supports daily production operations, including manufacturing support, material handling, packaging, and basic welding (training provided).

You will move materials, prepare products for shipment, and follow safety and work instructions to meet production schedules. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required; welding skills or willingness to learn are a plus.

We are looking for a dependable General Manufacturing Employee to support daily production operations. This hands-on role involves manufacturing support, material handling, packaging, and basic welding to help meet production schedules and quality standards.
