Randstad USA in Aurora, IL is hiring energetic Team Members for our fast-paced food facility, with openings in Kitchen, Production, and Sanitation. You’ll be matched to your best fit during your interview. Work 4x10 schedules from 4:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

We have immediate openings across three essential departmentsKitchen, Production, and Sanitationand will match you to your best fit during your interview!

Where You Can Excel:

Kitchen (Warm & Cold Zones): Prep fresh ingredientsseason, marinate, and cook using commercial grills, braisers, and industrial ovens. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts)

Production (Cold Zone 35°F-40°F): Power high-speed assembly lines portioning ingredients, plating trays, and sealing fresh meals. (1st & 2nd Shifts)

Sanitation (Warm & Wet Zone): Safeguard food safety standards by deep-cleaning equipment, power-washing machinery, and prepping wash stations. (1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts)
