Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a Production Associate I in Auburn, WA. This is a 1st shift role (Mon-Thu, 4:00 am–2:30 pm) with overtime based on production needs.

You will perform entry-level assembly and glass production of Windows & Doors, following well-defined standard works with guidance from experienced teammates. We emphasize safety, quality, and on-time delivery while minimizing waste and cost.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English and follow established work processes.
• Ability to safely move materials and operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime or weekends, as needed.
• Manufacturing and tape measure experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe practices and wear required PPE at all times.
• Fabricate, assemble, and lift window and/or door units.
• Identify problems and communicate issues.
• Perform housekeeping duties in designated work areas.
• Assist with training co-workers.
• Perform other duties across the plant as needed as directed by leadership.

Pay Range: $21.50 - $22.50
