Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking Assembly Associates for all shifts. You will be working with machines used in the production of plastics and silicones, monitoring production and helping with basic setup and adjustments.

We offer 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, overtime opportunities, and stable employment in a growing toy company. This full-time role requires you to stay on your feet, lift up to 30 lbs, and maintain a clean, safe work area while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor production and machine performance.
• Detail oriented with quality focus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
