Job summary

ResourceMFG is seeking Assembly Associates for all shifts. You will be working with machines used in the production of plastics and silicones, monitoring production and helping with basic setup and adjustments.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing/assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to monitor production and machine performance.
• Detail oriented with quality focus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and machine performance.
• Inspect plastic parts for quality and defects.
• Trim, pack, and label finished products.
• Load materials and assist with basic machine adjustments.
