Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking part-time team members for GLC Live at 20 Monroe in Grand Rapids to support onsite ancillary sales. You will greet guests, communicate parking/ticket specials, and manage lawn chair rentals while balancing cash at shift end.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, being 18+, strong communication, and the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings; a background check is required.

• Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables and tents as needed.
• Handling large amounts of money and balancing till at the end of the show.
• Participate in post-show clean up including picking up and sorting trash, recycling and compostable materials.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for communicating to our guests about additional amenities that the venue has to offer, such as our Comfort Lounge, Rockstar Parking, Seat Upgrades, Ticket Specials and Lawn Chair Rentals. This team will work closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box office Manager to determine what offers will be available for each show, and how this will be communicated to our guests.
