Position Details

• Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
• Schedule Details: Monday through Friday, Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)
• Scheduled Hours: 6:00-15:00, 15:00-19:00
• Shift: 1 - Day Shift, 8 Hours (United States of America)
• Cost Center: 10020 - 5030 Food Services Kitchen

Shift Details

Weekend shifts are scheduled from 5:00 am to 1:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare cold foods and limited hot foods as directed, including salads, sandwiches, desserts, and garnishes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area, operate and maintain food preparation equipment.
3. Coordinate with supervisors regarding duties and supply needs, maintain quality control records.
4. Participate in other food service functions and serve hot and cold foods according to procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Over 3 months and up to 6 months of training in food service.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred: Food production or food service experience.
