2025 Tri-State Trek Production Assistant Program

ALS Therapy Development Institute is hiring Tri-State Trek production assistants to support our annual bike ride fundraiser to end ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). This unique opportunity offers the chance to make a significant impact on a large-scale event happening in the ALS community. Candidates with experience or interest in event planning, catering, and/or athletic events are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Warehouse and Off-site Duties: Organize and clean all equipment and supplies, audit inventory, pick up donated products and rental vehicles, assemble rider packets, roll t-shirts, ship packages.
  • Day of Event Duties: Set up and break down tents, tables, banners, signs; carry and move supplies; drive the route and check arrow markers; execute other assigned duties.

Schedule (Hours may vary, generally from 10 am to 4 pm, with longer hours during the event weekend):

  • June 2-6: Warehouse organizing/inventory
  • June 9-13: Warehouse, off-site duties, overnight trip for route setup (hotel, rental vehicles, and gas included)
  • June 16-18: Picking up orders, rental vehicles, packing vans
  • June 19: Day off (subject to change)
  • June 20-24: Event setup, execution, and breakdown (overnight accommodations & meals included)

Compensation: $2,200 paid in full upon completion of the position.
