Job summary

Standard Textile is hiring for a 1st shift distribution center packer in Hebron, KY. No experience is required as paid training is provided.

The role focuses on assembling finished product sets for multiple customers, following precise packaging and labeling procedures, and maintaining accurate daily reports. Ideal candidates adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, manage changing priorities, and stay attentive to detail while palletizing and stocking supplies.

  • Strong attention to detail is required.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfortable with rapidly changing priorities and shifting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create finished packaged product/sets for multiple retail customers/channels.
  • Follow procedure for accurate assembly of each set including product, configuration, labeling, and packaging.
  • Complete all necessary daily packaging reports.
  • Palletize finished product per work instruction.
  • Monitor and maintain marketing and supplies inventory and notify supervisor of replenishment needs.
  • Follow all safety and conduct policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

No experience required - paid training provided 1st shift weekday position in our Hebron, KY Distribution Center. Hours of operation are 7:30am-4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Up to $16.75/hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Create finished packaged product/sets for multiple retail customers/channels
  • Follow procedure for accurate assembly of each set/package to include correct product, set configuration, marketing material, required labeling, and all packaging material for each part, kit, and pallet
  • Complete all necessary daily packaging reports
  • Palletize finished product per work instruction
  • Monitor and maintain marketing and supplies inventory and notify supervisor of anticipated replenishment needs
  • Follow all of the Company's Safety and Conduct policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
