Job summary

Standard Textile in Hebron, KY is hiring for a 1st shift warehouse position at the distribution center. Hours are 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday, with no mandatory weekend or evening hours.

This role supports cycle counts, inventory reports, and daily data entry while following safety policies. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, warehouse experience, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment including forklifts.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and inventory experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Equipment.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Ability to pass forklift certification tests.

Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks, and dock stockers.
• Perform daily cycle counts and review variance reports.
• Input data into daily and monthly reports.
• Maintain monthly inventory reports.
• Schedule and conduct monthly inventory meetings with the Manager.
• Track and resolve Griefs created by personnel.
• Follow all safety policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cherry pickers, reach trucks and dock stockers
• Perform daily cycle counts, review variance report from counts, research variances
• Input data into daily and monthly reports
• Maintain monthly reports
• Work with Manager to schedule and conduct monthly inventory meetings
• Track and resolve “Griefs” created by personnel
• Follow all Company Safety policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse and inventory experience
• Strong problem solving and research skills/background
• Experience with Warehouse Equipment
• Comfortable with heights
• Ability to pass forklift certification tests, reading comprehension, math, phone, strong communication (written and verbal) skills, exhibited computer competency included but not limited to: Microsoft Excel Outlook Warehouse Management Systems (E1 preferred)
