Job summary

Versatex in Scranton, PA is hiring a manufacturing associate to assist the extrusion operator in a high-volume, 24/7 production environment.

You will perform quality checks, help with packaging, move materials, and support safety and housekeeping. A High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of experience are required; basic math and ruler reading skills are needed.

Sign-on bonus of $1,500 and pay at $18 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Ability to read gauges and perform basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion operator with machine cleaning and setup.
• Conduct quality checks on color, surface, and size to meet product standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and palletizing finished material.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
